- Analyze, clean, process, and interpret financial data to develop credit scoring models, early warning models, and fraud detection models.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the models align with real-world credit scoring practices and processes.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize models to improve accuracy and performance continuously.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) and R.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Predictive algorithms (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting,...).
- Solid understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and machine learning principles.
- Experience in feature engineering and model evaluation techniques (AUC-ROC, F1-Score, Precision/Recall, etc.).
